I would love to go on an African Safari. Largely to see the animals! It is probably obvious from my various paintings that I am generally an animal lover and it would be wonderful to see some of the these amazing creatures in their natural habitat. I am not sure if I will be able to fulfil this due to vaccinations required - some of these not allowed post transplant. Never say never though!

I LIVE in africa and I don't need vaccinations? You'll just need to pick somewhere in South Africa then! There's even malaria-free places where you can go on safari that have the Big 5. I've done the safari thing and it's AWESOME!!!! An Elephant once stormed the open safari-van... I think I was more scared in that moment than before my tx! But obvious the game drivers are used to it!
Snap! I have been doing initial plans for a safari trip to Kenya but I remember the look on the faces of the tx team when I mentioned it before...I have a feeling their reservations would still apply but I'm hoping not...I love elephants as you know and all animals really. Just really wanna do it...lemme know if you get the a-ok at Freemans? Beautiful painting by the way...I love my gift I got last yr ;-) xx
